What is your return policy?

At WigKarma we understand being indecisive and buyer's remorse; however, whilst we accept returns, we only do so in certain cases.  

1) Contact us, so we can work through the issue with you. Time is of the essence though you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wig.

2) For a return/exchange to happen: 

-The wig must be returned within 5 business days in the same condition that we sent it to you. ie. no makeup, no styling, no products, no cut lace, exactly the same. We will know if it's been worn, we look dumb but not that dumb.

3)  Refunds will occur in either a gift card for the amount of the wig less the cost of the shipping ( you need to pay for the wig to be returned. ) or the same way payment was received. 

4) If you have aren't sure before clicking buy, reach out we can do our best to make sure all questions/ concerns are answered.

*Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or custom items.

What Currency are your prices in?

Canadian Dollar, meaning to our American friends we are very affordable. And to our Canadian Sisters we are offering you a high quality wig at a price lower than our competitors.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, however, we can't guarantee delivery times or price of shipping to certain locations. We are located in Calgary, Canada. If you don't see your location listed please email us so we can create a custom solution for you!

Is the lace photoshopped?

Nope, what you see in the photos is what the lace looks like. Have we photoshopped ourselves to make us look human and better- perhaps?

Do you offer gift cards?

We are currently working on an online version of this, however until this is fully operational contact us. Let's get you that gift card. We don't offer gift receipts.
